1) Minimum Age Requirement

You have to be 18 years of age or older to purchase snuff tobacco products in the UK. By placing an order on our web site, you declare you are of the legal age and any legal actions will exclusively involve you. If you are under 18 years old, please exit this site immediately.

By ordering at our Web Site you declare that you have read, agreed and accepted the terms and conditions in this Document.

2) Postage and Packaging

The Snuff Supermarket is now open to take interntational orders as well as domestic orders. We post to all world wide destinations using, First Class Royal mail Post UK With the new weight and size pricing list the cost of delivery has increased.  

All orders will be posted within 48 hours of cheques clearing or credit card approval. For orders in the UK your order should reach you within approx 2 - 4 working days of dispatch the product.

For worldwide delivery, please allow between 3 and 10 working days.

 We charge a minimum of £1.84 for UK Orders, £2.50 for European orders and £3 for other worldwide destinations. The postage costs increase based on the weight of order that you have purchased and will be automatically added to your checkout total. This covers first class postage, packaging and handling charges.

All orders are now dispatched in padded, jiffy bag envelopes to avoid any damage or breakages.

All prices listed on this site are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
All UK duty and taxes have been paid on all items listed on this site where applicable and is reflected in the price shown.

3)Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse around the Snuff Supermarket and simply click on the 'Add to Basket' button for any items that you want to purchase. Once you have added all of your products to your basket click on the 'View Basket' link in the left hand navigation. If you are happy with what is in your basket you should then click the 'Continue' button.

Unless you have already registered, we will then need a few details from you in order to process your payment, which you can do by clicking on the 'Register & Continue' button.

Once you have done this you can continue through to the checkout where you can enter your credit card details via the secure Nochex system:

4)Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you can exercise this right is seven days beginning the day after your goods are received. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, at customer's expense, and a refund, minus original despatch costs, will be issued within 7 days of good's return. We reserve the right to claim costs incurred to us on transaction processes incurred by bank authorisation charges.

5) Returns Policy

All products are checked before they are posted. However, should any package arrive in a damaged state or if we made an error in processing your order, please notify us as soon as possible, stating the nature of the problem and quoting your order number and personal details.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 28 days of the date of depatch, with your receipt, providing it is still in its original packing.

Upon receipt of the items we will contact you within three working days to arrange refund or exchange (all refunds will be re-credited to the purchasing credit / debit card).

Refunds will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the items. This process normally takes no more than two weeks.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your legal statutory rights.
